Expect our in-stock items to be shipped within 1– 3 business days. Custom or personalized items to be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that we don’t dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays.

Returns and Exchanges
Please note that personalized and custommade items, can not be returned. Sale items are also a final purchase and cannot be returned.
Please note that while we will do our best to ensure you have a great shopping experience, we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs and any associated expenses for returned products.

Initiating a return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- If your return request is aproowes, we will provide detailed return onstructions via email.
Condition of returns
For a successful return or exchange, please ensure:
- Products have not been washed or used.
- Products are returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund process
- Upon receiving your returned items, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- Your refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving your package.
Important – Shipping costs are non-refundable!
Refund rejection
We reserve the right to reject a return or refund if:
- Products where not authorised for return
- Products are not in acceptable return condition
Reminder: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Personalized /custom made and sale items are non-refundable!
